These terms apply to your use of www.digitalmeat.store and purchases from Digitalmeat. Please read them with our shipping, returns, privacy and payment policies.

Products and safe use

Our infrared thermometers are intended for surface temperature checks. They are not medical devices and must not be used for human or animal body-temperature measurement. They cannot establish internal food temperature or food safety. Use a suitable probe thermometer for internal food doneness. Never point a laser at eyes, people, animals or reflective surfaces. Follow the instructions supplied with your selected model.

White, Yellow and Red options have different housings and displays as pictured. Model-specific features, measurement ranges and operating limits must be checked against the supplied manual. On-screen color can vary by device; White is a light gray/white housing. Illustrative imagery does not imply accessories or multiple units are included. Each quantity unit purchases one thermometer.

Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Each currently offered color is $49.99. The checkout shows shipping, any applicable taxes and the final total before payment. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance; we may contact you or cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, a material listing error occurs or fraud is reasonably suspected. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Accurate information

You must provide accurate contact and shipping details and be legally able to make the purchase. Keep any account credentials private. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address or order issue.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy explain estimated timelines and remedies. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Cancellations are possible before dispatch when processing permits.

Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content or interfere with other users. Digitalmeat branding and original website content may not be reused without permission where protected by law. Product descriptions may be updated as information changes.

Liability and your rights

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse or operation contrary to the supplied instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us so we can work to resolve any issue fairly.
