We keep delivery expectations straightforward, so you know what happens after you order your Digitalmeat infrared thermometer.

Where we ship and what it costs

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Standard shipping is free. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you place your order. International delivery is not currently offered.

Processing: 1–3 business days

Orders normally leave our fulfillment process within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit: 3–4 business days

Standard transit is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch. Allow approximately 4–7 business days in total for processing and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote destinations, weather, carrier disruptions and peak periods can take longer.

Tracking and delivery

We will email shipment confirmation and tracking details when available. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. Please check that your shipping address and email are correct before ordering.

Address changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need an address correction or cancellation. We can make changes before an order is dispatched when possible. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee an interception or reroute. If an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address causes a return, we will discuss reshipment costs or a refund before taking further action.

Delayed, missing or damaged packages

If tracking is stalled or your package has not arrived after the estimated window, contact us with your order number. Check around your delivery location and with household members for packages marked delivered. We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when loss is confirmed. For damage, keep the packaging and send clear photos so we can resolve the issue. Contact us promptly; this does not limit any applicable consumer rights.
